• Month-end payroll processing: Registering month-end payroll entries.
• Outstanding invoices: We keep track of your pending payments and can swiftly provide you with a recap.
• Payment management: Execution of various payments, including salaries, invoices, petty cash, etc. on the MultiLine platform.
• VAT report preparation: We can gather the necessary data for your monthly or quarterly VAT reports.
• Financial monitoring and reporting: To give you a clear picture of your projects financial status, we set up real-time financial reporting tools with customized indicators, allowing you to track the profitability of your productions, manage your margins, and quickly adjust your strategies. • Presentation of financial documents to the FFL: Presentation of your projects’ Ledger in writing, development and production, to the Film Fund Luxembourg (FFL).
• Sampling financial documents: Selection and analysis of financial documents for projects in writing/development/production.
• Project audit support: Assistance and support during audits for projects while in the writing, development or production stage.
• Preparation of annual reports: Preparation of annual reports for trustees, including quality control and miscellaneous operations (MO).
• Coordination with your trustee: Maintaining a direct relationship with your trustee for payroll and financial supervision.
• Collaboration with experts for pay slips and annual reports (for young talents without a trustee): In order to offer you a comprehensive service while guaranteeing the highest quality, we work closely with a company specialized in preparing pay slips and annual reports.
